Before I had even became a student, I wanted to learn a third language and decided it would be the Japanese Language. I became fully committed and successfully attended three semesters and a fourth overseas in Florida International University's Study Abroad program. Because of this, I had made many friends overseas and would like to continue my studies. 

Times Table Round Tuesdays One GL Activity Point

Every Tuesday, Florida International University holds a panel where different topics and discussions are present by either students, faculty or staff. This discussion covered "Backpacking the world, is it right for you?". I was more than interested in this panel due to the fact that, not only do I love to travel and meet people from different societies, I wanted to hear how someone can use these experiences as a benefit. Not only to their immediate society but on a global scale of networking and bringing different cultures together.
